Puzzlo — Privacy Policy

Last updated: 6 September 2026

Puzzlo ("the app") is a daily number-puzzle game. We keep data collection to the minimum needed to deliver the daily puzzles and sync your progress. We do not collect personal information, show ads, or use third-party tracking.

Information we collect

We do not collect your name, email address, contacts, location, photos, or any other personal data.

How your data is used

Only to provide the daily puzzles and to save and display your completion history and streak. Data is processed on Amazon Web Services (AWS). We do not sell or share your data, and we do not use it for advertising or to track you across other apps or websites.

Data retention

Deleting the app removes your puzzle history, your streak and your settings. Those are stored on your device, and iOS deletes them along with the app.

Two things are not removed. The anonymous identifier is held in your device's keychain, which iOS keeps when an app is deleted; and the records you had already sent us stay on our servers, still linked to that identifier. Those records cover the puzzles you started as well as the ones you finished, along with the difficulty, your score and how long you took. We keep them indefinitely.

Reinstalling Puzzlo therefore brings back the same identifier, but not your history: those records are not restored into the app, and your history and streak begin again from empty.

That identifier is a random value on its own. There is no name, email address or location attached to it, and it tells us only that two visits came from the same device.

Children's privacy

Puzzlo is suitable for all ages and does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children.
